Job Description
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, ambitious, well-spoken, confident, very organised and calm under pressure, with the ability to multitask and solve problems effectively. We are looking for somebody who is excited and passionate about customer service, which is a huge part of our business; and we need somebody who takes pride in their work and ensures we deliver a consistent and excellent experience to our customers.

There is a lot of room for training and growth within the company. Someone who eats, sleeps and breathes gadgets, games and tinkering with tech will be at real advantage.

Duties will include:

  • Answering and transferring calls from customers, technicians, and suppliers
  • Customer experience quality assurance and follow ups
  • Reception duties – meeting and receiving clients, board room bookings, etc
  • Managing administrative/account/scheduling queries
  • Capturing details onto internal IT systems and managing the technicians’ schedules
  • Arranging and scheduling appointments proactively with a view to driving efficiency and effective usage of available resources
  • General administrative and office work
  • Ability to work with others in a team

Candidate Requirements

  • Matric
  • Computer literate and proficient with MS Office suite
  • Professional verbal and written communication in English
  • Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and take initiative with tasks
  • Driver’s license is a significant advantage – own car even more so
  • Work experience is advantageous, but not an absolute requirement
  • Strong problem-solving ability and ability to think clearly under pressure
  • A genuine passion and interest in technology and computing will be hugely beneficial
