Job Functions

Administration Industries Admin, Office & Support Specification

Efficient management of the Reception Area and Waiting Area to produce a first
class visitor experience.

Internal Communications
Use the internal communications system to access specific information.

Receiving Visitors
Receive visitors and assist with various requests for information, referring more
complex matters to colleagues.

Client & Customer Management (External)
Help manage external client relationships by carrying out simple procedural

Client & Customer Management (Internal)
Help manage internal client relationships by carrying out simple procedural

Customer Service
Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer enquiries.

Business Meetings/Events Arrangement
Maintain appointment calendars and reserve meeting rooms following detailed instructions to
arrange business meetings efficiently.

Conduct basic data entry into company systems and file information using agreed procedures
to ensure information is accurate and accessible.

Work Scheduling and Allocation
Organize own work schedule each day in line with changing priorities.

Open and distribute mail for a large organisation requiring knowledge of
department structures.


Matric / Grade 12/ SAQA Accredited (Essential)
